for the weekend
When you arrive on site, please park your car in the designated parking spaces and take your tickets to the wrist band collection point. Your ticket will then be scanned (either on your phone or a paper copy) and this will be exchanged for a wrist band. This wrist band must then be worn at all times, so please do not take it off. Anyone without a wrist band on, will not be allowed into the site or served food or drinks.
If you are camping, you can arrive to ‘pitch up’ from 2pm on Friday or 10am on Saturday. On arrival, please park your car in the car park and then take your ticket to be exchanged for a wrist band, as explained above. Buggies will then be provided to help take your camping kit down to the camping field, so one of the Hilltop Farm Team will help you with this. Cars are not permitted out of the car parking area.
If you have a campervan or caravan pitch, once you have your wrist band, you will be shown down to your pitch by one of our Team members. Please stay within this designated pitch. Caravans must then be de-coupled and your car taken back to the designated parking area.
Doors open to the festival at 5pm on Friday 5th and mid-day on Saturday 6th. Happy hour is between 6.30pm-7.30pm on Friday and 3-4pm on Saturday.
For your safety, bags will be searched on entrance into the festival area. Only food and drink purchased in the festival can be consumed in the festival. We have a zero tolerance to drugs and any one seen doing drugs or carrying drugs will be reported to the police immediately.
BBQ’s – for your safety, solid fuel BBQ’s (e.g. anything that is fuelled on wood, charcoal or coal) are not allowed to be bought on site. Gas BBQ’s & gas cooking stoves are allowed to be used, as long as they are never lit inside a tent and they are always off the floor.
Reduced price Early bird tickets on sale until 30th March. Camping Tickets: If you are camping, a camping ticket covers your entry for Friday & all day/night Saturday in the festival plus two nights camping. Tickets are per person, so everyone requires a ticket to join in with the fun.
