Our pork and bacon is Gloucester Old Spot x Northamptonshire sourced from a family farm near Hinkley. We stock a range of handmade sausages, which are made only from the shoulder of the pig so that the meat used is of the best quality.

The bacon is dry cured using traditional methods with no water added, to give you that old fashioned flavour. Some of the bacon is smoked over hickory and oak chips to give it a perfect smokey flavour.
