Valentine’s Day Evening Menu

We’ll be lighting the candles and pouring the wine to serve you a little romance with a special night here at Hilltop Farm on February 14th. Join us for Valentine’s Evening – a sumptuous two or three-course dinner in gorgeous style. Romance will be served from 6.30pm, with a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival.

Starters

DUCK LEG SCRUMPET

Served with Hoi Sin, pickled cucumber & mooli.

TWICE BAKED CHEESE SOUFFLE (V)

Served with whole grain mustard cream, apple, walnut & rock salad.

KING PRAWNS, CRAYFISH AND SMOKED SALMON CROQUETTES

Served with tartare mayo.

Mains

BRAISED PORK BELLY

Served with seared scallops, black pudding, cauliflower puree, crushed peas, potato puffs & cider jus.

PAN SEA BASS

Served with Bombay potatoes, Indian salad & mint yoghurt.

CAULIFLOWER KATSU (V) (VEA)

Served with sticky rice Asian slaw & toasted cashew nuts.

HILLTOP FARM FILLET STEAK

Served with Diana sauce, triple cooked chips & rocket.

Desserts

DARK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Served with toffee, shortbread crumble & strawberries.

LEMON MERINGUE PIE

Served with raspberry sorbet.

STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING

Served with vanilla ice cream & honeycomb.
