Lockdown 2.0 ~ an update from us
Protecting our team & customers during social distancing
As the new lockdown kicks in on Thursday 5th November, we wanted to update you on what will happen here at Hilltop Farm.
The great news is, our farm shop will remain open 7 days a week, and we will continue to sell all your food essentials, including our fully stocked butchery, a fantastic range of fresh seasonal fruit salad and vegetables, lots of tasty treats from our cheese counter & deli plus all your basic essentials from the pantry too.
To shop with us, you can visit our farm shop 7 days a week or you can use our online shop, or send us an email with your list and we will pick for you. As always, we are offering contactless click and collect from our car park or home delivery in the local area. Don’t fancy cooking, no problem you can always visit us for one of our takeaway events. Find out more about each option below!
01. Visit our Farm Shop
In our farm shop we do of course, have covid-19 protocols in place to keep our lovely customers and our Team safe during these challenging times. Our farm shop is fully stocked and open 7 days a week. We ask you to please be mindful of others when in the shop as you walk around. If it gets very busy, we will ask you to wait outside so we can manage space between customers and we thank you in advance for your cooperation with this.
Monday – Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Sunday 09.00am – 4.00pm
02. Order securely online
You can order all of your favourites online and we are adding new products all of the time. As always, we are offering contactless click and collect from our car park every day (with 24 hours notice) or home delivery in the local area. We are delivering on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Just add your items to your basket and pay via pay pal. Deliveries within a 5 mile radius are free and there is a small charge for those over 5 miles. We are only delivering in Warwickshire currently.
03. Order via email
Place an order via email to collect from our car park and pay via contactless from the safety of your car. To place an order, please download and complete the order form below and allow 48 hours notice. Please note, this form is not exhaustive, so please add any of your other favourites to your email if there is something else you need that you know we stock. When you email over the spreadsheet, please place your full name in the subject title.
04. Order one of our takeaways
Our café doors will temporarily close for customers to dine in with us but we will be doing a fine array of takeaways, including teas, coffees, homemade cakes & sandwiches (every day), takeaway breakfast (Wednesday-Sunday), takeaway pizza each Friday and takeaway Sunday lunch each Sunday. Plus lots of fun takeaway events like our Bonfire Night food takeaway on 5th & 6th November and a drive-through hog roast on 14th November. More to be announced soon – watch this space!
We’d like to say a huge thank you to all of you who have been supporting us throughout these tough times. We hugely appreciate your support and will strive to do all we can to keep serving our local community. It’s never been more important to support local, small independent businesses, so thank you again and we hope to see you soon.
