Lamb

Our flock consists of around 250 ewes, comprising; North Country Mules, and some Scottish half breeds using Texel Rams for improved carcass classification. Our lambs are free range and outdoor reared on the river meadows of Hunningham and other fields on the farm. During the winter we feed them home-grown grain and turnips to supplement their diet. Only organic fly repellent and wormer's are used and we do not dip our sheep.
